Engine overhaul After almost fifteen years the time had come to finally do a complete engine overhaul. When I bought my Volga, back in 1992, the engine was almost completely worn out. I decided to make a complete overhaul of the original engine. At site of the Dutch Classic Russian Cars Club is a weblog of this event....... read on (Dutch only) |

The subject of the paragraph is not the first to stay in my garage next to my Volga , but is sure a that is very nice one this time. Following the link you can see pictures of my 1969 Scaldia / Moskvich 408. This car was originally sold in the Netherlands . This explains the name Scaldia. This name was only used for Moskvich cars delivered in the Benelux countries............ watch here |
